"Lovely stay with very kind staff, but the internet connection could be better"

My stay was very good. The staff are very kind. Awad, in particular, always kept in touch to make sure the room was in perfect condition. I hope to return many times.

The staff were great, they upgraded our room to a much better room with a better view without any extra fees, the housekeeping were so friendly and kept the room clean, and lastly the breakfast was good and had a lot of varieties to choose from.

I had a wonderful stay at Tolip Alexandria. The hotel is very clean, with spacious luxury rooms, great facilities, and a beautiful sandy beach. The pool and sea views are excellent, and the food is really good. Housekeeping was outstanding – special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Taha, and Ms. Shorouk for their professionalism and warm hospitality. Highly recommended.

The receiptionists have been too helpful since day 1, and whenever I needed anything, they responded shortly. Ali the Hause keeping guy was also very helpful and friendly.
